If your hot tub is under warranty, please reach out to us and we will guide you through the process of finding a qualified technician to operate on the spa. If you would like to coordinate a repair by yourself, a technician can be easily found by conducting a google search for “Spa Repairs”. We recommend hiring someone with at least 3+ years of experience.

The warranty program for Comfort Hot Tubs is 1 year including parts and labor. If for some reason you encounter a warranty related issue, please call our support line and we will be ready to resolve your issue as soon as possible. After the first year, you will continue to have lifetime access to our customer support line, as well as access to purchase our hot tub parts (if needed). We understand the limited scope of the warranty program; this does not mean that we do not believe in our product. Our mission is to get you a great hot tub at a fraction of the cost of what you may find from local your local hot tub dealer, and as such we have limited our warranty program to be able to get you the best deal possible on your hot tub.
